REEL WARRANTY
All reel service, maintenance, and repairs will be handled by our Authorized Repair Centers around the USA and Canada. See the Authorized Warranty Service Centers section for more information.

Authorized Warranty Service Centers
Do you repair fishing rods?
Due to the numerous styles and applications, Quantum does not carry replacement parts for rods or repair rods. Quantum rods under warranty will be replaced with respect to the terms and conditions of the specific rod's offered warranty.
If your rod is no longer under warranty, typically your local retailer can repair or replace tip guides, and sometimes work on handles/grips if they've come loose.
WHERE DO I SEND MY REEL FOR A WARRANTY ISSUE, SERVICE, OR REPAIR?
All reel service, maintenance, and repairs are handled by our Authorized Repair Centers across the USA and Canada. You can view the center locations using the following links:

Authorized Warranty Service Centers (AWSC) will validate warranty eligibility. If the AWSC is unable to repair your reel under warranty, you will be contacted. Please note that routine maintenance is not covered under warranty.
The consumer is responsible for the shipping to the AWSC. Repair and the shipping back to you will be covered when the reel is covered under the warranty. AWSC can also perform all non-warranty service, maintenance and repairs.
Authorized Service Centers (ASC) can only perform Non-Warranty service and repairs.
When mailing your reel, we recommend sending to the center closest to you. Please ensure your package and obtain a tracking number for your shipment to the center. Service Centers are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Service times vary by season. Contact the service center of your choice for current service time. All non-warranty Service and Shipping rates are established by the Service Center and may vary among Centers.

- Registration information or a copy of the sales receipt for proof of purchase
- An explanation of what is wrong with the product
WARRANTY POLICY
All Quantum rods, reels, and combos are warranted against defects in workmanship and/or materials under Quantum’s 1-year warranty starting on the original date of purchase from an authorized retailer. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and user of the rod, reel, or combo and may not be transferred.
- QUANTUM branded products are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase from an authorized retailer with proof of purchase against defects in workmanship and/or materials when used normally.
- This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser or user of the rod, reel, combo. QUANTUM reserves the right to make all decisions, at our sole discretion, regarding whether a claim qualifies as eligible warranty work. During the warranty period, QUANTUM, at its option, will replace the product covered under this warranty.
- Other than the shipping and handling charges, no charge will be made for such replacement. A dated sales receipt or proof of registration must accompany all warranty claims.

REGISTRATION
We encourage you to register your product with us. Registering your product will help us to serve you better if you need service or parts, or other information regarding your product. Just fill out our online product registration form HERE
